Summary
Ordered Christmas present from IWOOT. received a confirmation order email. Two days before my guests arrived I went online to track my order as I was concerned they wouldn't have their gift in time. I logged on to find out my order had been cancelled....I emailed IWOOT to ask why it was cancelled and why I had not been notifued to be told that the item is out of stock. That left me with two days to source and receive the item elsewhere. I had to pay for guaranteed delivery so my costs we 50% higher.
