Website said in stock and dispatch within 24 hours.
1 week later hasn't been dispatched.
Went to account to cancel and said you can't so went to customer services to cancel.
CS didn't even read the request and just informed me it was due for dispatch today.
NOT WORTH THE HASSLE - PAY A FEW £ MORE AND BUY ELSEWHERE

Placed an order and wanted to cancel it 1.5 hours later. Attempted to do this on the website and it didn't work. Tried again and it wouldn't let me as between cancellation attempts my order went from processing to now "awaiting despatch". Rang up Customer Services twice who said they would place a ticket to cancel the order (one said it should be possible as order wasn't due to be shipped for a few days-- awaiting dispatch yeah right). Got an email two days later saying item had been sent (?!!). Rang up CS *again* (0844 number) and was told once an order is in the warehouse it can't be cancelled (*not* what I was told by the previous two representatives AND when I asked where the items were stored was told the warehouse... what??) CS rep obviously didn't care and said whatever he could to discourage me from a return.

I ordered super mario galaxy 2 on 2nd December . today it shows exoected delivery date 11/1/12 . we do they take the order if they can't deliver on time . pretty obvious it was for a christmas gift for a child. Thank goodness i chased it up but how many children will miss out on the christmas presents due to this company. I have kept the email as evidence but this is shocking . now where is Martin Lewis . i am angry !
