The Garmin 490T Sat nav is an ideal piece of kit. does everything I want it to do. The only problem I have/had is that I also ordered the Tikoo Universal mounting. However the 490T is rather too heavy for this mounting and when we fitted it on our car windscreen it blocked the drivers view.So we have sent it back for a refund. But the 490T is very good so why has it been discontinued?
